Common use of State Audits Clause in Contracts

State Audits. The books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices of the CONTRACTOR relevant to this contract shall be subject to examination by MINNESOTA STATE and the Legislative Auditor for a minimum of six (6) years from the end of the contract.
