Common use of State Audits Clause in Contracts

State Audits. Under Minnesota Statutes section 16C.05, subd. 5, Governmental Unit books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices relevant to this agreement are subject to examination by the State and/or the State Auditor or Legislative Auditor, as appropriate, for a minimum of six years from the end of this agreement.

State Audits. Under Minnesota Statutes Statutes, section 16C.05, subd. subdivision 5, Governmental Unit the books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices of GRANTEE and its employees, agents, or subcontractors relevant to this agreement are Contract shall be made available and subject to examination by STATE, including the State and/or the State Auditor or contracting Agency/Division, Legislative Auditor, as appropriate, and State Auditor for a minimum of six years from the end of this agreementContract.

Under Minnesota Statutes section 16C.0516B.98, subd. 5subdivision 8, Governmental Unit the GRANTEE'S books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices of the GRANTEE, or any other relevant to this agreement party or transaction, are subject to examination by the State and/or STATE, the State Auditor or Auditor, and the Legislative Auditor, as appropriate, for a minimum of six (6) years from the end of this agreementmaster grant contract, receipt and approval of all final reports, or the required period of time to satisfy all state and program retention requirements, whichever is later.
