Common use of State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration (CCPR) Clause in Contracts

State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration (CCPR). The State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration (CCPR) is responsible for the continuing review and study of the State Capitol and its grounds to develop a master plan for the preservation and restoration of the Capitol, including necessary structural changes, consistent with the original historical character of the building. Projects in the State Capitol or on its grounds will require the review and approval of the CCPR. The Contractor may need to present projects to the CCPR for its approval.
