State Consideration. In accordance with Annex 3 and the applicable adjustments pursuant thereto, the State Consideration for any Month shall consist of: (a) The Contract Fee for the Exploratory Phase; (b) The Royalties, and (c) Fifty five point ninety nine percent (55.99 %) of the Operating Profit for such Month, which shall be adjusted in accordance with the Adjustment Mechanism.
