State Determination of Suitability Process. (a) With respect to Applicants as to whom a determination of suitability is required, upon receipt of an Applicant’s completed license application and the Tribal Gaming Agency’s determination to issue a license, or a temporary license pursuant to section 6.4.9, the Tribal Gaming Agency shall transmit within sixty (60) days to the State Gaming Agency for a determination of suitability for licensure under the California Gambling Control Act a notice of intent to license the Applicant, together with all of the following:
