Grantee must submit a Progress Report and a Reimbursement Request to OPRD for all Project expenses including matching expenses, if any, accrued up to June 30, of each state fiscal year. The State Fiscal Year-End Reimbursement Request must be submitted to OPRD by July 15th of each year.
