State Intellectual Property; State Intellectual Property; User Name. The State shall retain all right, title and interest in and to (i) all content and all property, data and information furnished by or on behalf of the State or any agency, commission or board thereof, and to all information that is created under this Contract, including, but not limited to, all data that is generated under this Contract as a result of the use by Contractor, the State or any third party of any technology systems or knowledge bases that are developed for the State and used by Contractor hereunder, and all other rights, tangible or intangible; and
