State Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Texas. the parties consent to the venue of the federal district court for the Northern District of Texas with respect to legal actions concerning this Agreement, or, if such court does not have jurisdiction, the courts of Tarrent County, Texas.
