STATE LAW EFFECT ON CALENDAR. Should changes occur in state law allowing fewer than one hundred seventy-five (175) mandated instructional days for Community Colleges, the parties agree that within fifteen (15) working days of written request the contract will be reopened for negotiations as to the District number of instructional days required for unit members.
