Common use of STATE MEAL MANDATE Clause in Contracts

STATE MEAL MANDATE. When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, CONTRACTOR and LEA shall satisfy the State Meal Mandate under California Education Code sections 49530, 49530.5 and 49550.

LEA is responsible for assuring meals are provided in NPS. The LEA will either provide the meal or pay the NPS for the provision of meals. The LEA and CONTRACTOR shall negotiate the meal reimbursement rate.
