STATE MEAL MANDATE. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR and LEA shall satisfy the State Meal Mandate under California Education Code sections 49530, 49530.5 and 49550. CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA with at least 30 days’ prior written notice of any change in its status under the National School Lunch Program/State Meal Mandate and shall work collaboratively with XXX to ensure that each eligible student receives required meals.
