State Notices. SERVICE CHARGES NOT IN EXCESS OF THOSE PERMITTED BY LAW WILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR OUTSTANDING BALANCE FOR EACH BILLING CYCLE. YOU MUST MAINTAIN A DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AS SECURITY FOR THIS CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, AND SHALL GRANT US A SECURITY INTEREST IN THIS DEPOSIT ACCOUNT. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: A married applicant may apply for a separate account. CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA RESIDENTS: Pursuant to this Agreement, interest is compounded on unpaid amounts. MARYLAND RESIDENTS: Finance Charges will be imposed in amounts or at rates not in excess of those permitted by law. You have the right under Section 12-510 of the Commercial Law Code to receive an answer to a written inquiry concerning the status of your account.
