NEW MEXICO RESIDENTS ANY PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY PRESENTS A FALSE OR FRAUDULENT CLAIM FOR PAYMENT OF A LOSS OR BENEFIT OR KNOWINGLY PRESENTS FALSE INFORMATION IN AN APPLICATION FOR INSURANCE IS GUILTY OF A CRIME AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL FINES AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES. NEW YORK RESIDENTS Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing any materially false information, or conceals for the purpose of misleading, information concerning any fact material thereto, commits a fraudulent insurance act, which is a crime, and shall also be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars and the stated value of the claim for each such violation. OHIO RESIDENTS Any person who, with intent to defraud or knowing that he is facilitating a fraud against an insurer, submits an application or files a claim containing a false or deceptive statement is guilty of insurance fraud.

(2) You agree to pay our reasonable attorney's fees, up to 20% of outstanding principal and interest, paid in the collection of this account to an attorney who is not our employee. (3) Provisions of this Agreement that refer to acts or practices that apply as permitted by, or except as prohibited by, applicable law are applicable to New Jersey residents only to the extent that such acts or practices are permitted by New Jersey or Federal law.
NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS. If you are a consumer residing in New Jersey, the following provisions of this Agreement do not apply to you (and do not limit any rights that you may have) to the extent that they are unenforceable under New Jersey law: (a) Disclaimer of Warranty; (b) Limitation of Liability;

These securities have not been approved or disapproved by the Bureau of Securities of the State of New Jersey, nor has the Bureau passed on or endorsed the merits of this Offering.
