State of Formation; Place of Business. It shall not change its state of formation or the location of its principal place of business from that set forth in Section 9.02, without giving the Lender at least twenty (20) days’ prior written notice thereof and setting forth in detail the new jurisdiction of formation or complete address of such new place of business (as the case may be). In furtherance thereof, it shall file, and hereby authorizes the Lender to file on its behalf, Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, amendments or continuation statements, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender, in such jurisdiction or jurisdictions as the Lender shall request upon demand by the Lender.
