Laws of the State of New York The Contractor shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Defined Terms and Rules of Construction Reference is made to the Glossary of Defined Terms and Rules of Construction (as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified, the “Glossary”) attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Glossary is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Glossary.
No Rule of Strict Construction Regardless of which party may have drafted this Agreement, no rule of strict construction shall be applied against either party. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court to be unenforceable, the parties shall deem the provision to be modified to the extent necessary to allow it to be enforced to the extent permitted by law, or if it cannot be modified, the provision will be severed and deleted from this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in effect.
Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
Governing Terms and Conditions If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.

These Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. They replace all prior Terms and Conditions of Financial Services for personal accounts. I understand you may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. CHOICE OF LAW: VENUE This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue and jurisdiction of any suit or cause of action arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall lie exclusively in Xxxxxx County, Texas. Disputes between END USER and Contractor are to be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the state of purchase. Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC of such disputes.
Application of Laws and Regulations (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, departure from or operation and navigation in its territory of aircraft engaged in the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party, while entering, departing from or operating and navigating in the territory of the first Contracting Party.
Geographic Scope, Governing Law & Venue This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the Customer Business Address without regard to any contrary conflicts of law principles and excluding the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. All legal actions arising under this Agreement will be initiated and maintained in the state or the court of Vienna, Austria (Inner-City). Both parties hereby irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
