Common use of State of Washington Medical Licensure Clause in Contracts

State of Washington Medical Licensure. Resident must acquire and maintain the appropriate State of Washington Medical Licensure as defined by the Washington Medical Practice Act prior to starting the Program. Resident will not be permitted to begin the Program under any circumstances until the appropriate license has been obtained. Failure to comply with this requirement will also be grounds for immediate suspension or termination of appointment.
