State Patrol. 1) For State Patrol Troopers who are not normally scheduled Monday through Friday, and who are to be off duty on any of the holidays, such Troopers shall be compensated in cash for a normal day's pay at their regular straight time rate (holiday pay) for each of the foregoing holidays, in addition to compensation for the hours actually worked during the week. The normal day’s pay is established by the majority of shifts in the current pay period.
