Emblems, Pins, Patches, Badges or Insignia. Troopers and Conservation Officers shall be permitted to wear one (1) union insignia on the uniform measuring no greater than three- fourths (3/4) inch in length and width, and one (1) small American flag pin. No other such items shall be worn upon the uniform.
