Common use of State Safety Oversight of Rail Fixed Guideway Public Systems Clause in Contracts

State Safety Oversight of Rail Fixed Guideway Public Systems. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to comply with 49 U.S.C. § 5330 and any amendments thereto, with FTA regulations, “Rail Fixed Guideway Systems; State Safety Oversight,” 49 C.F.R. Part 659 and any amendment thereto, and follow applicable implementing Federal directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.

To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to comply with 49 U.S.C. § 5330 and any amendments thereto5330, with FTA regulations, “Rail Fixed Guideway Systems; State Safety Oversight,” 49 C.F.R. Part 659 659, in accordance with any applicable Federal directives that may be issued to implement 49 U.S.C. § 5330, and any amendment or revision thereto, and follow applicable implementing Federal directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.
