State School Aid: Charter School Duties. 4.2.1 For purposes of calculation and distribution of state school aid, pupils enrolled in the Charter School shall be included in the pupil enrollment of the school district within which each pupil resides. 4.2.2 The Charter School shall report the names, addresses, and eligibility for free and reduced lunch, special education, transportation and/or limited English proficiency status of pupils enrolled at the Charter School to the Sponsor in accordance with the Monitoring Plan. 4.2.3 In accordance with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (DESE’s) Missouri Student Information System (“MOSIS”) reporting guidelines, the Charter School shall report the average daily attendance data (“ADA”), free and reduced lunch count, special education pupil count, and limited English proficiency pupil count to DESE. 4.2.4 When a student discontinues enrollment at the Charter School, the School shall promptly notify the Sponsor and DESE. Prompt updates to MOSIS or a successor information system shall constitute compliance with the requirements of this paragraph. 4.2.5 If at the end of the fiscal year the Charter School has received overpayment for that year, the School shall be responsible for making repayment through one or more payment adjustments that DESE shall make in the subsequent fiscal year.
