Hours of Operation 4.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services during hours that are responsive to the needs of the population(s) to be served as determined by ADMINISTRATOR. At a minimum, CONTRACTOR shall provide services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except COUNTY holidays as established by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. However, CONTRACTOR is encouraged to provide the contracted services on holidays, whenever possible.
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION The Internet access to the Circuit Court documents may be available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, including all holidays, or otherwise at the discretion of the Clerk, except during periods:
PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
Date of Operation 3.1 This Agreement remains in force until 2/7/2027. The agreement will continue to apply beyond its expiration date until it is replaced in accordance with the FW Act.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 2 July 2027. By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act. Note: where a date is specified for the commencement of a payment it is a reference to the first pay period on or after that date.
Resumption of Operations In the event of action prohibited by Section 1 above, the Union immediately shall disavow such action and request the employees to return to work, and shall use its best efforts to achieve a prompt resumption of normal operations. The union, including its officials and agents, shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, upon complying with the requirements of this Section.
School Calendar The Dual Credit course schedule will be determined by the location of the course delivery, provided that the required contact hours and prerequisites are met. The instructional calendar for the high school portion of the School will be based on the School District calendar and comply with all related TEA regulations for school attendance. The School District will adjust its schedule as necessary to enable Students to enroll in and attend the college- level courses provided by College. The School District and College will coordinate the State Student assessment requirements to ensure said assessments are administered without penalty. The School District, School and College will ensure that the School calendar accounts for the required per-semester contact hours for courses. When the instructional delivery is on the College site, it may be necessary for Students to attend classes on days when the School District is closed (e.g., different holiday closures). When Students take classes at the College scheduled on days when School is closed, the School District will ensure that at least one staff member with administrative authority be on call and available to be reached by the College’s Office of High School Programs or other College staff in case of emergency. The designated School staff member will have access to Student emergency contact information. While the College agrees to make scheduling accommodations for required State assessments, including the STAAR and End of Course Exams, all contact hour requirements must be met. For assessments not mandated by the State, the College and School District will come to a mutual agreement on administration dates in order to appropriately manage disruptions of college courses and ensure contact hour requirements are met.
Commencement of Operations The Partnership shall not begin operations on its Leases unless the Managing General Partner is satisfied that necessary title requirements have been satisfied.
CONTINUITY OF OPERATION Section 1: No Strikes, Work Stoppages or Lockouts Neither of the parties shall utilize any economic sanction to force its position on the other party over any issue. Further, no Employee or group of Employees shall individually or through concerted action, take part in any activity that impedes the operation of the business, except as otherwise authorized by this Agreement. Should any person or group of people participate in any such unauthorized activity, upon notification of such occurrence, the Union or the Company, as the case may be, will direct such person or group of people to resume normal operations and will take effective means to cease the unauthorized conduct. Any employee or group of employees who participate in such unauthorized activity shall be subject to immediate dismissal, unless mitigating circumstances exist that are acceptable to the ERRC. Should either party suffer financial damage as a result of such unauthorized activity, they may pursue compensation for such loss at the arbitration step of the Concern Resolution Process, and the arbitrator shall have full authority to remedy any violation of this Article.
