State Settlement Administration and Compliance Committee. Within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date, the Settling States shall designate a State Administration and Compliance Committee (the “Compliance Committee”). The Compliance Committee shall serve as the Settling States’ representative in the administration of this Settlement Agreement and the monitoring of compliance with it by ACCCH and the Ameriquest Parties.
