State to Report on Ability to Meet Future Water Demands. Commencing within two (2) years from the year of initial project water delivery to the Agency, the State shall submit to the agency at not more than five-year intervals a report on the State’s ability to meet future demands for project water and for supplemental water, and on the State’s plans for constructing additional project conservation facilities and supplemental conservation facilities. Such reports shall include all estimates, projections, and other data which the State deems relevant thereto.
