Statement of Expenditures. The statement of expenditures (SOE) procedure may be used for reimbursement of eligible expenditures in an amount not more than $200,000 in accordance with the ADB's "Loan Disbursement Handbook" dated January 2001, as amended from time to time and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and the ADB. Any individual payment to be reimbursed or liquidated under the SOE procedure shall not exceed the equivalent of $200,000.
