STATEMENT OF INCLUSION. Employees whose primary employment function is designated as "Safety-Sensitive" shall be subject to Controlled Substance and/or Alcohol Testing (CS/AT). Specifically, "Safety-Sensitive" employees for purposes of inclusion to CS/AT shall include the following: Any employee who is a licensed CDL holder and whose job description requires operation of a motor vehicle that transports students (e.g., Bus Driver, Mechanic).
