STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES. Grantee hereby assures OSHE that:
A. The activities and services to be performed under the Grant Agreement will be administered by or under the supervision of the Grantee.
A. Any funds received under the Grant Agreement shall not be used to supplant funds normally budgeted for programs or services of the same type.
B. The project shall be operated in compliance with all applicable New Jersey State Laws and EOF.
X. Xxxxxxx will submit project reports as specified in the Grant Agreement, including information relating to the achievement of project objectives. Grantee will keep project records and afford access thereto as OSHE may find necessary to assure correctness and verification of the reports.
D. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.

STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES. By the signature which appears below, the Provider certifies the following: • Substantial changes in the program will be reported, in writing, to the Oregon State Apprenticeship and Training Council. • The Provider understands that certification is an acknowledgement that the program:
1. Meets the quality standards described in OAR 839-011-0335 Oregon Pre-Apprenticeship Programs, and
2. Has a partnership with at least one Registered Apprenticeship program via letter of intent or Memorandum of Understanding, and
3. Prepares the trainee with skills and competencies necessary to enter one or more apprenticeship programs.
STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES. The Special Magistrate assures VAB that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, creed, national origin, disability, or sex, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits, or otherwise subject to discrimination in any activity under this Agreement. The Special Magistrate shall take all measures necessary to comply with this section.
