Common use of Statement of Interest in Assignment Clause in Contracts

Statement of Interest in Assignment. Annually by February 1, the Superintendent will send a notice to all bargaining unit members asking them to complete and submit the attached form to identify their preferences for building placement, shift assignments, classification assignments, grade level assignment, and supplemental contracts for the following school year. If a bargaining unit member elects to complete the form, it must be returned to the Superintendent by March 1.
