Common use of Statement of Services Clause in Contracts

Statement of Services. The Environmental Consultant shall perform various environmental consulting services, and work assignments that are assigned by the School District Director of Environmental Services or her designee and the Proposal, and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, within the time deadlines set forth in Paragraph 4.1, Schedule, of this Contract and within budget requirements.
