Common use of Statement of Unpaid Claims Clause in Contracts

Statement of Unpaid Claims. Whenever requested by Owner, Contractor shall certify to Owner in writing (in a form satisfactory to Owner) the amounts then claimed by and/or due and owing from Contractor to any person(s) for labor and services performed and materials and supplies furnished relating to the Work, setting forth the names of the persons whose charges or claims for materials, supplies, labor, or services have been paid and whose charges or claims are unpaid or in dispute, and the amount due to or claimed by each respectively.
