Common use of Statement of Verification Clause in Contracts

Statement of Verification. Upon Provider’s written request, which shall be made no more frequently than once per calendar year, Customer shall furnish Provider with a document signed by Customer’s authorized representative listing the locations where Software Products are installed on Customer’s owned and operated hardware (if any) and the number and type of licenses being used for each Software Product. Customer is responsible for implementing reasonable procedures to ensure its compliance with the Agreement.
