Statement Required Where No Gross Receipts Reportable. If Franchisee has no gross receipts for a given quarter, Franchisee shall provide written verification that it has no gross receipts which shall be postmarked no later than the 15th day of the month following the quarter for which the Franchisee has no gross revenues. Failure to provide such notice to the City shall result in commencement of proceedings to terminate the franchise.
