STATEMENTS AND CONFIRMATION. Confirmations and Statements shall be deemed correct and shall be conclusive and binding upon the Customer if not objected to immediately upon receipt and confirmed in writing by email to your account manager and copied to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Xxxxxx calls shall be conclusive and binding unless objected to immediately in writing by email to your account manager and copied to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Failure to object shall be deemed ratification of all actions taken by Velocity or Velocity’s agents prior to the Customer’s receipt of said reports. The Customer’s failure to receive a trade confirmation shall not relieve the Customer of the obligation to object as set out herein.
