Common use of Statements and Confirmations Clause in Contracts

Statements and Confirmations. The Securities Intermediary will promptly send copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Account and/or any financial assets credited thereto simultaneously to each of the Lien Grantor and the Secured Party at their respective addresses specified in Section 12 hereof.

The Securities Intermediary will promptly send copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Account and/or any financial assets credited thereto simultaneously to each of the Lien Grantor Grantors and the Secured Party at their respective addresses specified in Section 12 hereof.
