STATEMENTS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall make available to the Fund a monthly report of all transfers to or from the Accounts and a statement of all holdings in the Accounts as of the last Business Day of each month. The Fund may elect to receive certain information electronically through secure transmissions to an email address specified by it for such purpose. If the Fund elects to use unencrypted electronic communications for this purpose, the Fund acknowledges that such transmissions may be insecure.
