Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of the Securitization Entities, shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee, all reports and notices required to be delivered to the Trustee by any Securitization Entity pursuant to the Indenture (including pursuant to Article IV of the Base Indenture) or any other Transaction Document.
Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee and the Control Party all reports, instructions and notices required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Indenture.
Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of each of the Service Recipients, shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee, all reports and notices required to be delivered to the Trustee by any Service Recipient pursuant to the Indenture (including pursuant to Article IV of the Base Indenture) or any other Transaction Document.

The Servicer, on behalf of the Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Indenture Trustee and each Series Controlling Party, all reports required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity pursuant to the Indenture or any other Transaction Document.
Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of Brand Holdings II, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee, the Servicer, the Back-Up Manager and each Paying Agent, as applicable, all reports required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity to such Persons pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Base Indenture.
Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Master Servicer, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee and each Insurer, all reports required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Base Indenture.
