STATEMENTS AND REPORTS. After the end of each Fiscal Year and within the time period required by applicable laws, rules and regulations, at the Sponsor’s expense, the Trustee shall send to the Registered Owners as of the end of such Fiscal Year, an annual report of the Trust containing financial statements audited by independent accountants designated by the Sponsor and such other information as may be required by such laws, rules and regulations or otherwise, or which the Sponsor determines shall be included. The Trustee may distribute the annual report by any means acceptable to the Registered Owners and that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
