Common use of Statements and Reproduction of Bank Records Clause in Contracts

Statements and Reproduction of Bank Records. We will deliver or make available to you periodic statements for your Account as required by law. You will receive a statement as long as you have a transaction on your Account during the Statement period, and if there were no transactions on your Account, we will provide you a statement at least quarterly. The Account statement will describe payments or transfers made in connection with your Account. You agree to notify us promptly if you do not receive your statement by the date you normally would expect to receive it. You will receive an electronic statement (not paper), and you agree that the statement has been delivered or made available to you in a reasonable manner. If you request us to research and/or reproduce any of your records (statements, checks, deposits, withdrawals, etc.) we may charge a fee, and you agree to pay this fee. If the expected fee is large, you may be asked to pay the fee in advance. We reserve the right to provide you with an imaged item in lieu of the original item.
