Statements and Schedules to be Prepared by City Staff. As noted in paragraph "A" of this section, the City of Milpitas Finance staff will provide limited audit assistance as is reasonably possible and appropriate. The City’s Finance Department staff will prepare most of the Prepared by Client (PBCs) schedules as has been done in prior audits. The list of PBCs required by the Consultant shall be provided to the City during the interim audit.
