STATEMENTS BY LANDLORD AND TENANT. Landlord and Tenant agree at any time and from time to time upon not less than ten (10) days' prior notice from the other to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the party requesting same, a statement in writing, certifying that this lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or if there have been modifications, that the same is in full force and effect as modified and stating the modifications), that it is not in default (or if claimed to be in default, stating the amount and nature of the default) and specifying the dates to which the basic rent and other charges have been paid in advance, if any; it being intended that any such statement delivered pursuant to this paragraph may be relied upon as to the facts contained therein.
