Common use of Statements Regarding Customer's Account Clause in Contracts

Statements Regarding Customer's Account. IBM Credit will send statements of each transaction hereunder as well as monthly billing statements to Customer with respect to Advances and other charges due on Customer's account with IBM Credit. Each statement of transaction and monthly billing statement shall be deemed, absent manifest error, to be correct and shall constitute an account stated with respect to each transaction or amount described therein unless within seven (7) calendar days after such statement of transaction or billing statement is received by Customer, Customer provides IBM Credit written notice objecting that such amount or transaction is incorrectly described therein and specifying the error(s), if any, contained therein. IBM Credit may at any time adjust such statements of transaction or billing statements to comply with applicable law and this Agreement.
