STATEMENTS TO BE FURNISHED BY LESSEE. Lessee further covenants and agrees to supply to Lessor monthly statements of Gross Sales and in addition, at the time stated in Section 2.2(a) above, Lessee will deliver to Lessor a written statement signed by Lessee or by an authorized officer of Lessee, showing the Gross Sales, as above defined, made respectively, in each of the preceding six and twelve-month lease periods and not later than sixty (60) days after the close of each Lease Year, and after the termination of the Lease or any renewal thereof, Lessee will deliver to Lessor a certificate of a certified public accountant showing the amount of the Gross Sales, specifically stated to be as above defined, of the preceding year.
