Statewide Recall List Clause Samples
The Statewide Recall List clause establishes a centralized roster of employees who are eligible for recall to work after being laid off within a particular state. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for inclusion on the list, such as length of service or job classification, and details the process by which employees are notified and offered available positions as they arise. Its core practical function is to ensure a fair and transparent process for rehiring laid-off employees, thereby providing job security and reducing disputes over recall rights.
