Statewide Safety Information Policy. The Academy shall adopt and adhere to the statewide school safety information policy required under section 1308 of the Code, MCL 380.1308. The statewide school safety information policy may also address Academy procedures for reporting incidents involving possession of a dangerous weapon as required under section 1313 of the Code, MCL 380.1313.
