Safety Policy. The City agrees to maintain in safe working condition all facilities and equipment furnished by the City to carry out the duties of each bargaining unit position, but reserves the right to determine what those facilities and equipment shall be. The Association agrees to work cooperatively in maintaining safety in the Xenia/Xxxxxx Central Communications Center.

Safety Policy. Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.
Safety Policy. The Employer agrees to furnish and to maintain in safe condition all tools, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies reasonably deemed necessary to safely carry out the duties of each agency position, but reserves the right to determine what those tools, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies shall be. Employees are responsible for reporting to the Employer any unsafe conditions or practice and for properly using and caring for all such material furnished by the Employer.
