Common use of Station Agreements Clause in Contracts

Station Agreements. All rights of Sellers in, to and under all contracts, leases, agreements, commitments and other arrangements, and any amendments or modifications, used or useful in the operation of any Station as of the date hereof (including, but not limited to, those listed on Schedule 3.7(b)) or made or entered into by any Seller between the date hereof and the Closing Date in compliance with this Agreement (the "Station Agreements").

Station Agreements. All rights of Sellers Seller in, to and under all contracts, leases, agreements, commitments and other arrangementsarrangements of Seller, and any amendments or and modifications, used or useful now in the operation of any Station as of the date hereof (including, but not limited to, those listed on Schedule 3.7(b)) effect or made or entered into by any Seller between the date hereof and the Closing Date in compliance with this Agreement Agreement, that are used primarily in connection with the operation of the Station (the "Station Agreements").

Station Agreements. Station Agreements which the parties are deeming to be "Material Contracts" are marked by an asterisk in Schedule 3.8(b).

Station Agreements.
