STATION REGULATIONS Clause Samples

The "Station Regulations" clause establishes the rules and procedures that must be followed at a particular facility or worksite. It typically outlines requirements for safety, security, conduct, and operational protocols that all personnel, visitors, or contractors must adhere to while on the premises. For example, it may mandate the use of protective equipment, restrict access to certain areas, or specify emergency procedures. The core function of this clause is to ensure a safe, orderly, and compliant environment by clearly communicating the standards expected at the station, thereby reducing risks and potential liabilities.
STATION REGULATIONS. The Contractor agrees that all Contractor personnel, including the Contractor’s subcontractors, shall remain within the limits of the work site and shall not enter any restricted areas. STATION REGULATIONS. The Contractor and his employees and subcontractors shall become familiar with and obey station regulations, including fire, traffic, and security regulations. Personnel employed on the station shall keep within the limits of the work (and avenues of ingress and egress), and shall not enter restricted areas unless required to do so and are cleared for such entry. The Contractor's equipment shall be conspicuously marked for identification.

As directed by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor’s superintendent shall represent the Contractor’s interests at meetings of the activity’s Energy Conservation and Resource Management Committee. Use of high energy consuming tools or equipment shall be approved by the Contracting Officer.
