Fines, Citations, and Damages. The Contractor shall be solely and financially responsible for any fines and damages levied by local, state, or federal regulators against the Customer for incidents resulting from non-compliance relating to regulatory violations and negligence on the part of the Contractor. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, leaks, injuries to the environment, injuries to humans, and property damages. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, and travel costs incurred by the Customer relating to such violations or negligence.
