Station Service. Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

Station Service. The Developer will install the station service during Phase I as described above. The system is designed with capacity and circuit breakers to supply power to the Phase II equipment requiring such service.
Station Service. It is not anticipated that a separate station service power feed from LIPA’s distribution system will be provided to the Large Generating Facility. Station service power will be provided to the Large Generating Facility through the 69 kV line and measure by a bi-directional meter arrangement. It should be noted that when the 69kV interconnection is out of service, for any reason, LIPA will not be able to provide the Large Generating Facility with station service power.

Provisions will be made in the design for the installation of a 2 ft diameter antenna to the Xxxxxxx Substation in accordance with the design specifications.
Station Service. During any period in which any Unit is operating, Seller shall be permitted to satisfy the Station Service Load using Energy generated by any such Unit. If Seller is not able to self-supply Energy to satisfy Station Service Load, Seller shall compensate Buyer for Energy to serve the Station Service Load at the MISO Real-Time Market LMP for the appropriate CPNode, including any transmission or settlement charges associated with such Energy, during any period of time in which the Facilities are not operating or are not generating sufficient Energy to meet the Station Service Load of the Facilities. In the event that any fees, damages, penalties or transmission charges are assessed against Buyer by any Governing Authority in connection with the Station Service Load or any Energy obtained to serve the Station Service Load, Seller shall reimburse Buyer for such fees, damages, penalties or transmission charges within 10 Business Days of invoice receipt therefor. Any invoice submitted by Buyer to Seller pursuant to this Section 2.12 shall include a written statement explaining in reasonable detail the calculation of the amount due from Seller. As of the date of execution of this Agreement, the Station Service Load related to each Unit is calculated as approximately five MW. In the event such amount is materially changed for any reason, Seller shall give Buyer prompt written notice of such change.
Station Service. (a) This Agreement does not provide for the supply of retail electric power to the Project, for any purpose (“Station Service”). For the avoidance of doubt, Station Service includes auxiliary loads during periods in which the Storage Facility is in an idle or standby mode but excludes auxiliary load self-supplied by the Storage Facility during charging and discharging that originated as Charging Energy. Seller shall contract with the local utility in whose retail service territory the Project is located (“Local Provider”) for the supply of Station Service consistent with requirements of the Interconnection Agreement. (b) Seller’s arrangements for the supply of Station Service to the Project shall be separate and free-standing arrangements. Seller is responsible for independently securing a contract for necessary Station Service for the Project from the Local Provider, including any required line extension to facilitate such service. Such contract shall be executed by both the Seller and Local Provider and provided to Transmission Provider at least ninety (90) days prior to the earlier of the Commercial Operation Date and the in-service date of Seller’s Interconnection Facilities. The terms of this Agreement are not binding upon the Local Provider. For purposes of this Agreement, the Local Provider shall be deemed to be a separate entity and separate contracting party, whether or not the Local Provider is PGE or an Affiliate of Buyer. (c) Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, nothing in Seller’s arrangements for the supply of Station Service to the Project shall alter or modify Seller’s or Buyer’s rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be construed to create any rights between Seller and PGE in Buyer’s capacity as the Local Provider. (d) Station Service shall be real time measured by a dedicated meter register and shall not be delivered by Seller to PGE under this Agreement. (e) Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, Seller may power the Project’s HVAC and thermal management systems with auxiliary power subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Station Service. The Parties agree that the entity pseudo-tying the unit from the Native Balancing Authority Area to the Attaining Balancing Authority Area shall obtain station service for the pseudo-tied unit in accordance with the rules of the Native BA.
