Attachment Facilities. Con Edison shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

Xxxxxxxxx’s Attachment Facilities Grounding Transformer – Each collector line is connected with a grounding transformer at the substation end of the line to prevent line voltage rise between the time when the breaker is tripped and the turbines coast down. The Main Step-up Transformer is an outdoor mineral oil filled, forced air cooled, two winding 34.5/230 kV three phase transformer, rated at 75/92/120 MVA OA/FA/FAA. The transformer shall be connected grounded wye on the 34.5 kV side, and delta on the 230 kV side with a no- load tap changer. The transformer is equipped with surge arresters, current transformers, ANSI standard accessories and a continuous on-line gas monitor.

Attachment Facilities. Each Developer is responsible for 100% of the cost of the Attachment Facilities required for the reliable interconnection of its Project in compliance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard, as that responsibility is determined by these rules.

Capacity Region: One of four subsets of the Installed Capacity statewide markets comprised of: (1) Rest of State (i.e., Load Zones A through F); (2) Lower Xxxxxx Valley (i.e., Load Zones G, H and I); (3) New York City (i.e., Load Zone J); and (4) Long Island (i.e., Zone K), except for Class Year Interconnection Facility Studies conducted prior to Class Year 2012, for which “Capacity Region” shall be defined as set forth in Section 25.7.3 of this Attachment S. Capacity Resource Interconnection Service (“XXXX”): The service provided by the ISO to Developers that satisfy the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard or that are otherwise eligible to receive XXXX in accordance with this Attachment S; such service being one of the eligibility requirements for participation as an ISO Installed Capacity Supplier.

Attachment Facilities. The IC shall pay for one-time and ongoing costs of installing, owning, operating, maintaining and replacing the attachment facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The utility shall provide an estimated cost for the purchase and construction of the attachment facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with attachment facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the IC, such other entities, and the utility.
