Station Upgrade Sample Clauses
Station Upgrade. Seller will seek approval from the FCC for an upgrade to the Station including an antenna installed on the former Channel 32 tower or another tower acceptable to Buyers on lease terms acceptable to Buyers. Seller will cooperate with Buyers and assist in implementing the move once the FCC approval is granted. Such move will be at the expense of Buyers.
Station Upgrade. Operator shall perform the Station Upgrades on the Premises, and shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals relating to the performance of the Station Upgrades. Operator agrees to provide City access to plans as needed, and City anticipates seeking review of applicable plans when work is completed at the 30th, 60th, and 90th percentages. To the extent that this Appendix 1 contemplates the construction of a work of improvement or any related activity for which a California contractor’s license is required, all such work may be performed by a contractor holding such license.
Station Upgrade. The FCC shall have approved Seller's application for a "one-step" upgrade of the Station's broadcast authorization to Class C2 status, and such approval shall have become final, that the normally applicable time period for filing any protests, requests for stay, reconsideration by the FCC, petitions for rehearing or appeal of such order shall have expired, and that no protest, request for stay, reconsideration by the FCC, petition for rehearing or appeal of such order shall be pending.
